We are now launching our Campus Ambassador Programme, recruiting driven students at universities and polytechnics across Ghana to represent GigShip on their campuses.
As a GigShip Campus Ambassador, you are the official face of GigShip on your campus. You get a personal referral link, branded QR codes, auto-generated flyers, and your own live Ambassador Dashboard that tracks your referrals, earnings, and performance in real time. You earn 75% of GigShip's platform commission on every job booked through your link — ongoing. You also earn bonus payouts for hitting monthly active user targets on your campus.
This fits around your studies. There are no fixed office hours. It is the most flexible paid opportunity on any campus — and it builds real marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship experience.

Monthly Performance Bonuses — earn bonus cash on top of your commissions:
*Active user = referred user who completes at least one transaction in that calendar month.
What You'll Do on Campus
- Recruit fellow students as GigShip freelancers: help students with skills — graphic design, writing, coding, tutoring, photography — create their GigShip profiles and start earning.
- Recruit student clients: students, student associations, faculty projects, and campus businesses that can post jobs on GigShip.
- Organise on-campus activations: tabling events, WhatsApp group campaigns, lecture announcements (with permission), and campus notice board placements using your branded flyers and QR codes.
- Be the campus point of contact: support referred users when they have questions about GigShip, help them through first transactions, and relay feedback to the GigShip team.
- Track and grow your numbers monthly via your Ambassador Dashboard — monitor active users, earnings, and where you stand on monthly bonus targets.

- This is a part-time, performance-based partner role — not a salaried or fixed-pay employment position.
- You must be a current enrolled student at a recognised university, polytechnic, or professional institute in Ghana.
- You earn when your referred users transact. No transactions = no commission. There is no guaranteed monthly base pay.
- You will need a GigShip account (free) and a mobile money account to receive your earnings.
